Vintage 1970s Brown Leather Red Wing Boots (Men’s 9/Women’s 10.5) Distressed

Total length-11.75”

I'm a size 10 mens slightly narrow foot, they fit me but  are very tight. So I’d say roughly a Men’s 9, however there is no size tag anywhere so I’m not sure.
